Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1887 (A-1 to RS-3) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 5, 2013, subject to the property being platted. The property is located south and west of the southwest corner of Tucson Street and Olive Avenue. The plat for Shadow Trails, which contains 69.15 acres, was recorded in Tulsa County on October 30, 2015. Therefore, please prepare an ordinance reflecting this change.
Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-3 (Single-Family Residential)

Legal Description for BAZ 1887:
All of Shadow Trails, part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Five (5), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, City of Broken Arrow, State of Oklahoma, doc. no. 6637.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3398 and approve the Emergency Clause.
