Background:
The City of Broken Arrow has specific guidelines when citizens wish to speak at a City Council meeting or before any other Boards or Commissions. Minor revisions were made on the Council page and there was a need to revise the Boards on the other page. This form allows the City Council and members of the Boards or Commissions to recognize who is speaking at that time and allows the City to keep a log of who spoke at that specific meeting. These guidelines are to allow citizens to understand the process before approaching the Council, Boards or Commissions to speak.
