Background:

The applicant, Greg Nickle of Nickle & Associates, Inc. on behalf of the property owner, STOKELY PROPERTY, LTD, submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Utility Easement for the purpose of providing utility access on an unplatted property adjacent to Florence Street and 209th E. Avenue.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
