Background:
The College Addition Phase 1 Residential Streets Asphalt Repair and Resurfacing project is to rehabilitate the streets in the old town part of the Rose district in Broken Arrow.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- The overage and underrun bid items identified demonstrate that the final quantity change order is base on the actual quantities placed in the field. Additional curb and gutter were added on 3rd street between E. Freeport Street and E. Elgin Street, as there was no existing curb on either side of the roadway from the alley to the north. This work also included construction of two alley drive approaches and full-depth roadway patches measuring 24 feet by 30 feet and 12 feet by 30 feet due to roadway base failures.
