Background:
The Tiger Hill Retaining Wall located on the southwest corner of E Kenosha Street and 177th E Ave in Broken Arrow has been experiencing some washouts recently. An Evaluation Report was prepared to investigate existing conditions and propose a plan for repairs to one of the existing retaining wall structures, which included a cost estimate. This Amendment is to proceed with the recommendation to restore the existing drainage system and have CEC prepare Construction Documents for construction bid.
City staff has negotiated an Amendment to the agreement with CEC Corporation to prepare Construction Documents to repair the Tiger Hill Retaining Walls. Amendment 1 is for $41,000.00
Cost: $41,000.00
