Approval of and authorization to execute First Amendment to Communications Radio Antenna Agreement with T-Mobile Central, LLC for property located at 801 New Orleans Avenue

Background:
T-Mobile Central, LLC has leased ground and tower space at the City's Water Tower near the Intersection of New Orleans Street and Elm Place since June 18, 2007, for its radio antenna and cabinet equipment. During this time they have been a stellar lessee.
The current agreement is scheduled to expire on September 13, 2018. This amendment adds terms for four (4) additional and successive five (5) year terms. T-Mobile is currently paying a monthly rent at the rate of $2,300.00 per month. In addition to the 4 additional and successive five (5) year renewal terms this agreement also adds terms that will increase the monthly rent by fifteen (15) percent for each additional renewal term.
