Background:
An application was submitted requesting the acceptance of an offsite Utility Easement for the purpose of providing a sanitary sewer connection for future development to the lot west of the proposed Andy’s Frozen Custard. Lot split, BAL 1069, creating the parcel for Andy’s Frozen Custard is referred to as Tract A of Lot 1, Block 2, Lynn Lane Terrace Amended.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the Utility Easement.
