Background:

The property owner has submitted an application requesting the closure of an approximately 0.08-acre utility easement on property located approximately one-half mile north of New Orleans Street (101st Street), one-half mile west of 9th Street (Lynn Lane/177th East Avenue). The property is currently unplatted but under review as ONE Gas. The easement proposed to be closed was dedicated as an off-site utility easement.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement closure.
