Background:
Traffic and Lighting Systems, LLC have completed the construction for the Warren Clinic Traffic Signals. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Traffic Signals.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $119,892.82.
