Background:

BAZ-002202-2025 is a request to rezone 5.17 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to CN (Commercial Neighborhood) for Lynn Corner. The property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Washington Street (91st Street) and 9th Street (177th E Avenue/Lynn Lane). The property is currently unplatted; however, the property owner dedicated right-of-way to the City of Broken Arrow along both arterial street frontages adjacent to this parcel on January 14, 2025. The development will include commercial uses.
