Background:
On July 14, 2025, City Council approved and authorized the execution of a Services Contract between the City of Broken Arrow and Broken Arrow Seniors, Inc. It was recently discovered the original Contract contained an error. As such, the parties wish to approve and authorize this First Amended Services Contract.
Cost: $4674.50 per month for executive director and $3,000.00 per month for Volunteer/Events Coordinator and $2,500.00 per month for additional hour and programming.
