Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1898 (A-CH to CH) was approved by the City Council on September 19, 2013, subject to the property being platted. Later, on June 16, 2014, the City Council approved BAZ 1916 (A-CH to CH) and PUD 226, subject to the property being platted. PUD 226 encompassed the property associated with both BAZ 1898 and BAZ 1916. On August 28, 2015, the plat, CSD Enterprises, was recorded in Tulsa County. The plat was only for the area associated with PUD 226 that was rezoned with BAZ 1898. The property is located one-third mile south of Omaha Street, west of Aspen Avenue.

Legal Description for BAZ 1898 and PUD 226:
All of CSD Enterprises, an Addition to the City of Broken Arrow, being a subdivision of Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 14 East, Indian Meridian, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, Document No. 6627.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3395 and approve the Emergency Clause.
