Background:
The Field Service Building has been renovated for office use of both Utilities and Streets & Storm field crews. While the office space provides a touch point for crews with their supervisors and crew chiefs, there is a need for additional personal locker storage and restroom facilities. This contract is for the construction document to renovate part of the warehouse connected to the Field Service Offices to provide the locker room for both Utilities and Streets & Storm field operations crews.
In October of 2025 City staff negotiated an agreement with Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. (PEC) to prepare construction documents and a cost estimate for the renovation of the existing bathrooms in to a Locker Room. The agreement is for $21,500.00
City Staff has negotiated an Amendment with Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. (PEC) to add additional electrical, mechanical, and plumbing design for the locker room. This Amendment is for $2,500.
Cost: $2,500.00
