Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Bentley Square located at South West Corner of Jasper Street and Aspen Avenue

Background:
United Utilities Specialists, LLC and Ira M. Green Construction has completed the construction for Bentley Square. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm Sewer; (3) Sanitary Sewer; (4) Paving.
The owners desire to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $483,035.80.
