CA 15-102 is a request to add an access point on Washington Street for Zeeco. The property was platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Zeeco, in Wagoner County on December 17, 2007. On November 10, 2015 Lot Split application, BAL 1080 which involved the entire 50.58 acre Zeeco plat was approved by the Planning Commission. Zeeco requested to split the property into 2 lots for financial purposes; they have proposed to build a new office building on Lot 1A.

The plat shows Limits of No Access between the west boundary and the western most access for a distance of 402.51 feet. The applicant is proposing to construct a 26 foot wide fire lane to be accessed from Washington Street. The fire lane will continue on the west side and around the north and the east of the proposed Office Building/Headquarters for about 90 feet. As a result, CA15-102 is formally requesting to add the 50 foot access point for emergency purposes on Washington Street.
