Background:

On February 6, 2018, City Council approved Resolution No. 1064 authorizing the City Attorney to file a condemnation action to acquire Parcels 13, 17 and 19 generally located east of 23rd street and north of State Highway 51, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for the 23rd Street widening project between Houston and Kenosha. On March 26, 2018, registered land surveyor George Michael Finnell sealed a revised legal description for parcel 19, adjusting for an overlap of the legal description of Parcel 19 into the adjacent property located at Lot 1, Block 6, Angus Acres. Resolution of Necessity 1064-Corrected revises the legal description for Parcel 19. Resolution No. 1064 otherwise remains unchanged.
