Background:

The applicant, Greg Nickle of Nickle & Associates, Inc. on behalf of the property owner, STOKELY PROPERTY, LTD, submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Deed of Dedication for the purpose of providing right of way access on an unplatted property adjacent to Florence Street and 209th E. Avenue.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
