Approval of and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Creoks located at 2500 East Hillside Drive (Spencer Concrete & Excavation, LLC)

Background:
Spencer Concrete & Excavation, LLC has completed the construction for Creoks project. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are for the sanitary sewer and water installations.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City of Broken Arrow. These improvements have an approximate value of $33,250.00
