Background:
The attached Storm Sewer and Access Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from Grand Slam Enterprises, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 1.1 consists of 0.34 acres of permanent access and storm sewer easement; Parcel 1.A consists of 0.35 acres of temporary construction easement. Both parcels are being conveyed for the Indian Springs Storm Sewer Improvements, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
