Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from WH Investments II, LLC, the owner. Parcel 2.0 consists of 4,303 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, for the 37th Street Roadway Widening from Omaha Street to Dearborn Street (Project No. ST21390).

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed.

Payment of the compensation is on the August 4, 2025 City Council Claims List.
