The attached Utility Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Harvest Church Broken Arrow, Inc., a corporation.

 

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

 

Funding for this project is from Broken Arrow Municipal Authority Water Utilities Repair & Construction Fund.
