Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Stephen L. Larsen and Robbie M Larsen, the owners. Parcel 2.0 consists of 9,128 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way located at 10207 South Lynn Lane Road in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Stephen L. Larsen and Robbie M Larsen have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Fee simple, Permanent Right of Way: 9,128.00 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $3.25 SF = $29,666

Improvements Acquired: Concrete paving 650 SF @ $8.00 = $5,200.00; Landscaped Trees, 4 units @ $1,000.00 = $4,000.00; Chain link fence cross fencing, 25 LF @ $24.00 = $600.00
