Background:
On July 7th 1997 the city of Broken Arrow entered into a Site Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, as amended and restated by the certain Amended and Restated Site Use/Lease Agreement dated July 19, 2016 and Amended June 30, 2017.    The Lessee is the successor in the interest to the Original lease for tower and ground space located at Boston and Lions.
 
The Lessee wishes to modify their existing facilities located at this location with the removal and addition of equipment as described on Exhibit A of the attached Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Site Use/Lease Agreement.
 
 In consideration for this modification the Lessee has agreed to a monthly rent increases of One Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($150.00) commencing on December 1st, 2017.
