Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Consulting Agreement with Garver, LLC for the Bass Pro Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation

Background:
This project is for upgrades to the existing Bass Pro Booster Pump Station. This station is an older booster pump station in our system that provides the water to the First Baptist Elevated Storage Tank which feeds the High-Pressure Zone located around Bass Pro. The High-Pressure zone includes hotels, restaurants, a hospital, other businesses, and residents. With this station being older it is in need of new pumps, improved site security, as well as improved access to the site.
An agreement with Garver, LLC has been negotiated for $146,300 to design, provide bidding documents, bidding assistance, and construction phase services for these improvements.
Cost: $146,300.00
