Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from S AND R DEVELOPMENT, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, Parcel 1.0 consists of 0.89 acres of Utility Easement in the South Half of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Parcel 1.0 for the Innovation District Lift Station Forcemain, Parcel 1.0, (Project No. S.24020).

 

A copy of the signed Utility Easement is attached.
