Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Rick R. Jones and Lauren Burrus Jones, the owner. Parcel 5.A consists of 1,500 square feet of temporary construction easement, located on the north side of 418 West Elgin Street in Broken Arrow, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
