Approval of and authorization to award bid 25.122 for traffic signals to Gades Sales

Background:
In order to obtain traffic signals that the City of Broken Arrow currently has in place, Purchasing Division has solicited bids from electric service companies to provide traffic signals on bid 25.122.
By purchasing the same parts, future repairs and maintenance become significantly easier and more efficient. Standardized traffic signals ensure that technicians are familiar with the equipment, reducing the need for troubleshooting and allowing for quicker diagnosis and repair.
Bids were solicited to nine (9) vendors with one (1) response. Staff recommends awarding bid 25.122 to Gades Sales.
