Approval of and authorization to execute an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services (Architect-Engineer agreement) for final design and construction documents of the Eagle Creek Drainage Improvements
End
Background:
The City of Broken Arrow with the 2011 G.O. Bond dedicated funding towards design and construction of stormwater drainage system improvements within the Eagle Creek subdivision. The project includes upgrading the existing Omaha Street cross street culvert immediately downstream from the southeastern portion of subdivision. Utley & Associates, LLC was selected by the City to prepare the final design and construction documents for the drainage system improvements and roadway culvert improvements. The authorized funding for the project is $360,000.00. The negotiated amount of the agreement is $52,000.00. The Architect-Engineer Agreement is attached.
Staff recommends approval of the Agreement for Professional Consultant Services with Utley & Associates, LLC. Funding for the design will be from the 2011 G.O. Bond sale.
Cost: $52,000.00
