Background:
At the City Council meeting held on August 19, 2025, City Council approved a contract between Building & Earth and the City of Broken Arrow for a geotechnical report and then at the City Council meeting held on December 16, 2025, City Council approved an amendment between Building & Earth and the City of Broken Arrow for a geotechnical report. However, the funding mechanism to be utilized are BAMA funds as the source for Liberty Trail retaining wall, therefore the agreement should be approved by this authority.
Staff recommends ratifying the previously approved agreement between Building & Earth and the City of Broken Arrow for geotechnical report.
