Background:

On December 2, 2025, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-002485-2025 to change the zoning on 21.805 acres from RMF (Residential Multi-Family) and PUD-340 (Planned Unit Development) to RS-P (Residential Single-Family- Preservation). The property is located one-eighth mile south of Tucson Street (121st Street) and west of Elm Place (161st E Ave.). The development is for a single-family residential subdivision.
