Background:
The Streets Division of the Streets and Stormwater Department has budgeted for the purchase of one (1) Skid Steer equipped with grading blade and 2D earth system. Funds for this purchase are available in the Sales Tax Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $150,000.00 (Project No. 2553110, Account No. 3305300-570030).
A quote has been received from Warren Caterpillar Inc., through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing contract (formerly NJPA) #011723-CAT, City membership ID#67325.
Staff recommends that the Council award the responsible quote to Warren Caterpillar, for the purchase of one (1) Skid Steer equipped with grading blade and 2D Earth System.
Cost: $137,120.64
Funding Source: Sales Tax Capital Improvement (STCI)
