Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Charles Michael Abbott and Kathleen Ruth Abbott, the owners. Parcels 5.0 and 5.1 each consist of 0.02 acres of permanent utility easement, Parcels 5.A and 5.B each consist of 0.04 acres of temporary construction easement for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Corey Charles Michael Abbott and Kathleen Ruth Abbott have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Utility Easement: 1,651 Square Feet (SF) @ $0.59 PER SF x 50% = $487.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 3,302 SF @ $0.59 PER SF x 08% = $156.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $650.00
