Background:

The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the closure and vacation of a 20-foot water line easement on property located south of West Florence Street (111th Street) and east of South Aspen Avenue (145th E Avenue.) The location and details of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Closure and Vacation of 20’ Water Line Easement” exhibit attachment.

Staff have reviewed the request and recommends acceptance of the easement closure.
