Background:
The Jasper Street and Aspen Intersection project is to widen the intersection and mill and overlay Aspen from Jasper to Shreveport.
Change Order #4 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Waterline Scope not performed (Deduct)
- Excavate Unsuitable Soils
- Traffic Control Adds
- There is a 26 day change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order #4 amounts to ($98,660.41)
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
