Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Ryan Gambill and Bopha Gambill, the owner. Parcel 3.0 consists of 5,364 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way, in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.  Ryan Gambill and Bopha Gambill have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 0.12 Acres @ $71,000/Acre = $8,520
Proximity Damages: $7,430
Cost to Cure Damages: Replace tree line $2,400; Replace field fence along r/w 235 Linear Feet (LF) x $7.50/LF = $1,763                     Total: $4,163
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $20,120
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed.
Payment of the compensation is on the November 4, 2025 City Council Claims List.
