Approval of and authorization to execute an engagement letter with Crawford & Associates for fiscal year 2022-2023

Background:
The last few years the City has engaged Crawford & Associates to prepare the annual financial statements which include preparation of the basic financial statements and required supplementary information for our annual audit. In the future we will be moving towards completing a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report rather than Annual Financial Statements which will provide the public with more information than the basic financial statements.
Cost: $50,000-$60,000
Funding Source: Budgeted in General Government Departments in General Fund and BAMA
