The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from the Shenandoah Valley at Battle Creek Property Owners Association, the owner. Parcel 1.A consists of 0.33 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the Shenandoah Valley at Battle Creek Pond Outlet Structure, a tract of land that is in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
