Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Harold A. Hechinger and Barbara A. Hechinger, the owners. Parcel 10.1 consists of 0.08 acres of permanent utility easement; Parcel 10.A consists of 0.04 acres of temporary construction easement for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Harold A. Hechinger and Barbara A. Hechinger have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Utility Easement: 3,572 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.59 SF x 50% = $1,054.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,649 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.59 SF x 8% = $78.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $1,140.00
A copy of the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are attached.
