Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Rose Graham Properties, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner to conform with requirements in BAZ-1922. Parcel 5.1 consists of 2,310 square feet of utility easement located at 10132 South 177th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
