Background:
BAZ-002505-2025 is a request to change the zoning designation on 99.52 acres from AG (Agricultural) to IL (Industrial Light). The property is located on the south side of Florence Street (111th Street) and one-quarter miles east of Olive Ave )129th E Ave). The final plat for Arrow Forge was recorded in Tulsa County on December 2, 2025.
