Background:

Jimmy Cheek, CEO of DixieLou RE, LLC, is dedicating right-of-way along the northeast corner of Aspen Avenue and Omaha Street in conjunction with the development of the site as a Scooters Coffee Shop. The site plan for this development is currently under review by Staff.

 

The dedication of a total of 70-feet of right-of-way shown in Exhibit A meets the requirements of the subdivision regulations.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
