Background:
On May 19, 2020, the City Council approved the purchase of a new software system for use by Public Safety, replacing the aging legacy system that had been utilized since 1996. The City is approaching its fifth year of using the Public Safety Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System provided by CentralSquare and it is time to renew for year six. Include is the renewal order from CentralSquare.
