Background:

McDonald’s Real Estate Company is dedicating a drainage easement for purposes providing utility access to a proposed Development. The site plan for this development has been approve by Staff.

 

The dedication of the 0.053-acre drainage easement shown in exhibit A has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
