End
Background:
On November 16, 2017, the Planning Commission approved BAL 2027CB, a request for a lot combination of two parcels located one-eighth mile north of New Orleans Street, west of 9th Street.  BAL 2027B was approved subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations (50-feet of right-of-way along with a 17.5-foot utility easement) along the west side of 9th Street.

On December 5, 2017, the City Council accepted a deed of dedication that was signed by Nathan Lovelle, but not by Kimberly Lovelle.  The applicant/owner has submitted a corrected application signed by both Nathan Lovelle and Kimberly Lovelle requesting the acceptance of a fifty-foot wide deed of dedication along the west side of 9th Street as stipulated with the approval of BAL 2027CB.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the corrected deed of dedication.
