Background:
The City Manager is authorized by ordinance to approve contract actions up to $25,000.00, including A/E agreements, professional consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts. The City requires that the governing body be apprised of such approvals by the City Manager at the next following meeting.
The City Manager approved the following contracts recently:
• Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract No. 166022, City of Broken Arrow Central Park Special Events Electrical System, with Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc., Consulting Engineers, $1,800.00 for preparation of record drawings, approved 06/02/16.
• Professional Consultant Contract No. 165130, 9th Street from Kenosha to Albany, Signal Plans, with Traffic Engineering Consultants, Inc., $21,000.00 for study of signal timing plans, approved 06/10/16.
