Background:
Broken Arrow Seniors, Inc. (BASI) has entered into both a Use Agreement and a Services Contract with the City of Broken Arrow. The term of this Agreement commences on July 1, 2026, and expires on June 30, 2027. This Agreement does not renew automatically.
Cost: An amount not to exceed $52,000.00 for 1811 South Main Street, and $20,000.00 for 1800 South Main Street, for the cost of utilities
$4674.50 per month for the Executive Director, and $3,000 per month for the Volunteer/Events Coordinator, and $2,500.00 per month for additional hours and programming
