Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Mary L. McCullah and Lisa Simpson, the owner. Parcel 26.0 consists of 2,168.92 square feet of utility easement located at 9645 South 193rd East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Mary L. McCullah and Lisa Simpson have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Utility Easement: 0.05 Acres @ $72,000/Acre x 75% =                      $2,700                     

Permanent Easement Improvements: Mature Trees 4 x $475 = $1,900

 

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $4,600

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the March 24, 2026 City Council Claims List.
