Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Oak Estates also known as Oak Grove Estates located south of Jasper and east of Garnett

Background:
Mac Construction Inc. has completed the construction for Oak Estates also known as Oak Grove Estates. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Water and (2) Storm Sewer.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $131,360.00.
