The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from The Columbia Club of Broken Arrow, a not-for-profit corporation, the owner. Parcel 2.0 consists of 9,084 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way located at 9123 South 177th Ease Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The Columbia Club of Broken Arrow, a not-for-profit corporation, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 9,084.00 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $4.00 SF = $36,336
Improvements Taken: Asphalt Pavement, Curb/gutter = $26,760
Replace Concrete Curb /gutter = $18,900
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $82,000.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the November 5, 2024 City Council Claims List.
