Background:

On April 7, 2026, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-002651-2026 to change the zoning on 119.05 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS (Residential Single-Family) for The Pines at the Preserve IV. The property is located one-quarter mile south of Omaha Street (51st Street), west of 37th Street (209th E. Avenue). The development will be a fourth phase of The Pines at the Preserve, a single-family residential subdivision.
